Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. (self-service via lockbox)
- Check-out: by 1:00 p.m.
Cleaning of the apartment begins at 1:00 p.m., so unfortunately, it is not possible to check in earlier. However, you can arrive anytime after 4:00 p.m. — you are not bound by any specific time, nor by our arrival.
Garage & Parking
A private garage and parking spot within easy reach.
Private garage
- Lockable garage No. 5, about 250 m from the apartment — parking is included for the entire duration of your stay.
- Tilt-up garage door — the key is on the apartment key ring; always lock the garage.
- A convenient and safe parking spot for your car.
Parking (alternative)
- Central parking lot near the cable car to Černá hora (next to the Omnia Hotel) — for a daily fee.
- You may only stop briefly in front of the building to unload your luggage (residential zone).
- You can walk downhill to the town center and the colonnade (store, pharmacy, bistro).
Rules
A few things to make your stay go smoothly.
So that every guest who comes here feels at home.
- The apartment is non-smoking—smoking is allowed only outside, away from the building.
- After 10 p.m., please keep the noise down—your neighbors will appreciate it.
- We change into our indoor shoes from the shoe rack and keep things tidy.
- Use the bio fireplace carefully and according to the instructions—never leave it burning unattended.
- When you leave, turn off the lights, lock the door, and turn down the heat (thermostat to 1–2). Put the keys back in the lockbox and turn the numbers so that the combination isn’t visible.
- Please report any damage to us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Keep your keys safe; always lock the basement and garage behind you.
- Skis and sports equipment belong in the basement (you’ll find the key in the apartment on the shoe rack).
